Moving is easy, but prioritizing it is hard.
Spending most of our day seated isn’t ideal for a body that has evolved to work various ranges of motion. If you are struggling with the tightness of the joints at the hip, shoulder or lower back, it is probably due to the lifestyle of minimal movement throughout the day. But not to worry, I have created an easy-paced 25-minute video that you can follow that targets all major joints in your body and its stabilizing muscles.

Indications:
- Level 1 – Easy and suitable for any level of fitness.
Contraindications:
- For joint pain, please proceed with the awareness of those areas, use padding under the knees if necessary and avoid wrist extension if you feel any discomfort. Please consult a professional physiotherapist for any injuries or joint pain before proceeding with any exercise.
- If you suffer from vestibular sensitivity, I will encourage you to stay close to a wall for support during balance postures.
