Warranty Information

We ensure that all our products are checked before delivery. Special care is taken to packaging to ensure that your products are delivered safely. If you find that there’s damage to the item prior to delivery or during process of delivery, please let us know within one week of receiving.

You can email us at info@urbankandy.com with your order number and description of the damage for further processing.

Returns or exchange will not be accepted after one week.
