I LOVE Instagram and I have to say a little addicted to it now. Facebook and I are kind of in an open relationship now. I mostly use it to browse and share eye opening videos from the internet that completely make me rethink our capability humanity. (I hope my friends don’t start thinking that I’m an introvert activist… I’m not really). I just do my bit and “share” these videos to pass on the gilt so I can clear my mind and feast my eyes on these Instagram Hotties!
Oh yes, great way to rub it in the faces of mothers with child-proofed homes. Good on her and her choice of delicious gold/bronze/copper bling accents. I love Cameron Diaz even more.

I’m always attracted to homes with clean straight lines, homes that are white and crisp. I think it’s mainly due to the fact that it’s impossible for my home to look like that. I’ve accepted that fact, after many years in the business I’ve fallen in love and collected many unique pieces that just about fit into our home without starting to look cluttered. (I’m don’t work well with clutter)
However nothing wrong with admiring.
If you’re decorating on a budget, upscale on the minimalist furniture and accessories you must have. i.e. sofa or table lamp, or even put down a little extra money to upscale your staircase. This alone can give great impact to your space.
Filled with so much happiness today as it’s but youngest son’s 1st Birthday today. Looking back over the past year, I feel a sense of true pride over the trials and joy bringing our youngest born into this world and into our life. His light will truly bless everyone that has come or will come to know him. Indeed a special guy.
Looking at these pictures of Ellen and Portia’s Ranch home made my heart leap a little today too.
What a majestic place.
The mist and the beautiful trees. The natural awesomeness of this place is just heaven on earth.
Thank you Hema for sharing this post.

If there was an image of a kitchen I would love to cut-n-paste into reality this would be it.
I love everything about this kitchen.
Knock knock!! Welcome to my humble home. Please come in.
I am in love with this gorgeous sleek black door and frame. The stone porch and porch light accessorizing the whole entrance perfectly.
Obviously this is pure fantasy. Just go along with it.
We like to keep our entertaining outdoors as often as possible so we went for bifolds creating an open space where our guests can flow easily in and our of the house.
Even as a transition space to kitchen, it’s still a place to mingle and faff around. So we made it inviting.
A big and bright kitchen is imperative. It’s a place for family breakfast, preparing lovely family meals, and the special place where friends and family come to for some tea and sympathy.
Waking up every morning to calmness is what we should strive for in life.
Once again a sense of calm oozing from every part of our home. With lush country green as our backyard. It’s rude not to keep everything else open and simple.
Last but certainly not least, our little mud room situated on the left from the house’s rear entrance. A place for my daily Birkin.
~ Thank you to all the gorgeous homes for making this dream a visual reality ~
When I started this blog. I had the intention to do one blog a day. Little did I know that blogging could be so time consuming. I failed miserably… My blogging routine would normally require an inspirational ritual of reading some of my favorite blogs. Looking at images of beautiful interiors or sometimes it could even be a picture of a simple flower arrangement. Anything could set a spark on some days.
It started of as an avenue to document my favorite things like an online scrapbook. However the more I wrote or commented on my blog I always felt that it wasn’t going to work unless I ‘expose’ more about myself. Otherwise there would be no reason to read this blog. The two things I dread doing: Writing and talking about myself.
I suppose you’ve got to push the boundaries a little if you want to get somewhere.

I admit this is a little far fetched of a dream
come I hope would come true. But you can’t blame a girl for thinking big. So this town house would ideally be located in the UK, Italy or France… Not fussed really. Just love the entrance way, the windows.. everything about it is just calls to me. This is going on my vision board for sure!
If it’s not a town house. The country living also works well for me. Sure I’ll be doing a lot more jam making and baking but seriously why wouldn’t you.. Throw in a few dogs in the large back garden and a gorgeous fire place to warm the place in the evenings. Living at it’s best.
I’d keep my bed and bath simple too with a view like this to take my breadth a way when I wake up in the morning.
