Nurture Your Intuitive Heart
It is easy to let society dictate your thoughts, theories of life and how you should raise your family. I have blindly listened and followed the advise of people whom I believed were experts in their field. The truth is, no one is truly an expert; we are always learning, research done in the past are now obsolete as facts are constantly changing. When my mother had me, she was advised that formula milk had more nutrients beneficial for babies than breastmilk and one generation later, breastmilk was re-branded as a superfood. As far as life goes, I believe an intuitive heart is what we need now more than ever.
Unique Individuals of Light
“A human being is part of a whole, called by us the ‘Universe’ —a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts, and feelings, as something separated from the rest—a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.
~Albert Einstein~
In this vast universe, every one of us comes with a unique thread of consciousness stitched within this very fabric of life. Everything and everyone are individual consciousness connected through a wave field of information. To be aware of this, we need to start loving and acknowledging each individual’s creative potential.
The Intellect :: The Mind
Our minds help us navigate this three dimensional world. WIth our sense of touch, it isn’t our skin that feels, it is the nerve signals that is received by our brain that perceives the sensation touch. Same with the rest of the senses that assists us to perceive and to adapt to the physical environment around us. Like our physical body, our mind is a muscle, from birth; firing and wiring neurones with information received from our senses. Throughout life as we mature into adulthood, society further establishes various educational programs that stretches our minds further to aid us in this ever evolving world, teaching us how to co-exist, contribute, and survive.
The Emotive Loopy Loop
All these are wonderful and powerful uses of the mind. When supported in the right environment this could build up to an ideal individual to exist in the physical world. However, understanding that the mind does not just register information from the senses, it also perceives information generated by the senses. Perceived from were you ask? Well, from emotion that is generated from the powerful (and literal) epicentre we call The Heart. This loopy-loop of this heart-mind connection of information subconsciously creates what starts off as a mood, slowly it generates our perception, which then becomes our belief and over time becoming our identity.
The Heart Chakra
The physical and etheric representations of the heart are one in all. When we feel heart broken, there is the sensation of pain in the chest. We feel it in our heart. Likewise when we are in love, we feel our heart literally swell and doubling up in size! The Energy centre which we sometimes represent as the heart chakra is one in all with our physical heart. When your heart is open, you allow a co-resonance with an energy that is ALL CREATION. It goes by many names, source energy, God, The One. The opposite of this or when your heart is closed off, it is disconnected from source. You are in SURVIVAL, separated from source which leaves us feeling incoherent. A good example is stress. Both survival or creation based energies are amplified by the heart chakra that sends information to the brain which transmits an amplified energy out which creates a quantum entanglement with like energies in the wave field of information.
The Intuitive :: The Open Heart
So what is intuition? Ask any mother and she can relate to being ‘in-tune’ with her child. An invisible cord that connects her no matter how far away she is. It defies time and space. To me, that is want intuition is; a kind of feeling. It comes out of nowhere, and it is beyond reason. Sometimes you have an instinctual feeling not to step into a space, an idea that pops into your head, or a friend you have forgotten and you need to re-connect. Intuition is something you can’t force, and it is sometimes goes against logic. I once had an instinctual feeling to write my cousin a letter although we have not spoken for many years and have drifted apart because of our parent’s disagreements, it went against all my intentions because I had many reasons not to connect with her but that little voice was pretty persuasive, so I wrote her a letter explaining how I loved her and appreciated my childhood memories growing up with her. Writing that letter was against my interest and use of time, but after I sent it, I sensed a huge weight lift off my chest that I didn’t realise was there. It healed some part of me not knowing there was something I needed to do. If you were to ask me where that thought came from? I would say it came out of nowhere. I was just sitting quietly in my car waiting to pick my kids up and the thought just popped into my head. It came out of nowhere because as you live and breathe, you ARE connected to Source. You are a creation of it – therefore you are source itself, the expanded conscious awareness – the field of information through your heart centre. Notice where in your body you would register a feeling, you don’t naturally point to your head, you naturally point to your heart. You can’t explain it, it’s a feeling.
Exercise Your Intuitive Muscle
The field of information is governed by a force that creates all reality we perceive through our senses and realities that we can’t perceive through our senses. Scientists would describe it as a wave in a field. A force that holds all information that resonates with so much energy we can’t begin to imagine how powerful it is. As human beings are concerned there are two states of being that transmits very high levels of energy one is love and the other is fear. One connects you to creation the other to destruction. Are we aware of our energy? As unique individuals of light we are already one with all fields of possibility, however, it is our beliefs that restricts us from feeling it. As long as we are in states of fear and survival we are disconnected from source. So how do we overcome this?
Prayer, Meditation and Service to God
It is no secret, media and all other sources of information is constantly bombarding us with messages of fear and our need to take certain actions for the survival of X, Y or Z. We are constantly allowing our energies to be manipulated for the benefit of a small group of controlling individuals. It’s time to take our focus and energies back. Exercising our intuitive muscle is going to help us wake up from this Matrix.
Sometime ago I read a book by Bob Sanders called The Stairway to Freedom. What was detailed in this book was the message of Prayer, Meditation and Service to God.
If we were to base our thoughts and actions on these three awareness we actively direct our attention (energy) towards our spiritual connection to source.
I have broken down each individual action to simplify our understanding of what these actions mean and how it could be applied.
Prayer; A channeller Darryl Anka came up with this statement that Prayer is a present state of gratitude, a recognition of what we have and not what we don’t have. In prayer, we give thanks for the abundance in our life. This act of prayer is a powerful positive reinforcement of our connection to source.
Meditation; Being in the NOW. In my yoga practice, the purpose for us exploring movement and awareness to muscles and strength is training our focus to stay us in the present though movement. People who enjoy any physical movement may it be exercising, cycling, dancing or walking is in some way practicing being in the Now. When you stay in the now, you take back your power from distraction. Why the present moment? The present moment is being “in-tune” with the field of information where all creation exists. Sounds like a pretty cool place to be if you ask me.
Service to God; Many people struggle with this due to their core beliefs, God to many might seem to mean joining a religious group or practice. There are deep beliefs and confusion when it comes to people’s perspective on God, so for explanation purposes let’s call it thy neighbour or service to others. When life knocks you down, why not help someone else up while you’re down there? Breaking away from the cycle of fear isn’t something our minds find logical and readily do when you struggling with the energy of fear. Ironically some of the kindest people I know are the ones who don’t have a-lot to give but are every willing to give what they have.
Intuition tells me that these are the most fundamental actions we can teach our children to build their intuitive muscle which the survival purposeful minds are not equipped to comprehend until our hearts have been opened to feel.
