OK Great! Congratulate yourself with setting your first intention. May it be long-term or short-term, it does not matter. You have pulled it out of your mind and onto paper. Now the real work begins…
Walking in Your Intention
So how do imprints work? Setting imprints onto your mind is similar to creating new mental programs and beliefs Requires you to be mindful of the old program loop that once ruled us creating our present reality.
If we want to change our reality, we need to start changing our old habits, including our old imprints.
Setting New Imprints
Remember this section of our intention list?
It is all about creating new perceptions of our reality to generate a higher emotional state, just like what you have written down on your intention.
What are the imprints we want to create in every circumstance we face?
If our past beliefs have led us to look at people and things negatively, I would highly recommend starting from there and exploring what caused that programme to be imprinted onto our subconscious minds to generate a negative thought. That would be a good start where we would turn problems into opportunities.
The Destination is the Journey
Throughout my transformation journey, I have to remind myself never to beat myself up too much when things fall through the cracks. Sometimes I get sucked into a full day of unconscious living and do not realise how my emotions went on unchecked. Other days I allow myself to get angry or upset. The point is that we are all on this journey of self-awareness and discovery. Being human is part of it. But as we always come back to creating positive mental imprints, we will start to witness a change in our biology. When we upgrade our mental environment, we will feel the effects emotionally, which generates a new program or a new matrix of reality for ourselves.
