Are you ready for some sunrise salutations at the Botanical Gardens. Enjoy lush greenery, open space, fresh air, nature sounds as we explore functional movement through yoga poses and raising energy levels in your body – you will not need to have that second cup of coffee when we get to the office.
Class includes 45minutes of yoga based movement and breath work plus a nice long savasna and guided meditation to enhance the energy flow through the body. After each session you should feel clear, energised and open to full creativity through your day.
